Brent Kattau, Co-Founder
Born in Elkhart, IN and graduating from Concord High School, Brent then finished his education at both Ball State University and Ivy Tech. He quickly got to work engineering at Hi Tech Housing designing floorplans. From there he moved on to the park model industry where he spent the next 20 years continuing in engineering, then into parts and warranty, and adding almost 13 years of being the sole purchaser. Combine all that time, in addition to making design selections and R&D amongst other tasks, and it adds up to more than half of Brent’s life deep into the custom manufacturing process.
Brent took great pride in helping that company grow to more than doubling its build capacity. He then realized the time had come to venture out and take a chance, recognizing a large market share could be served with a new twist on a growing niche market.
Brent spends his off time with his wife, Jennifer, and their four kids: Layla, Marley, and twins Ava and Rhys. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys time tinkering on his old pickup truck, and absolutely loves to mow.
